Postmodernism Conference
Pomo Architecture under threat?
Saturday 21st May, 2016
Sir Terry Farrell, Piers Gough and Charles Holland will speak at the C20 Society's Postmodernism Conference at the University of Westminster on Saturday 21st May. Following its recent attempt to persuade Historic England to list Stirling's One Poultry, and on-going concerns over changes to other Postmodern buildings, particularly in the City of London, this study day aims to raise the profile of Postmodernism. There will be a series of short talks by leading practitioners in the morning followed by contributions from Alan Powers, and Emily Gee and Elain Harwood of Historic England. There will be a panel discussion after the morning and afternoon sessions (see full programme below).
