Jonny Anstead and Meredith Bowles will speak about Mole Architects, Marmalade Lane, Cambridge project and other community and co-housing projects in development, and how they could become a standard model for housing development.

Jonny Anstead is the Cofounder of TOWN, a company enabling residential-led development from 20 to 5,000+ homes. Their co-housing project with Meredith Bowles of Mole Architects for 42 new dwellings with gardens at Marmalade Lane, Cambridge, began in 2015 and achieved international acclaim and an RIBA National Award in 2019.
