[online] Concorde Design and Lifestyle
Tuesday 24 March 2026 at 6.30pm – 8pm
Grammy Award-winning LA-based graphic designer Lawrence Azerrad is the author of Supersonic: The Design and Lifestyle of Concorde – the story of the iconic aircraft’s 27 years of travel, told with a big splash of nostalgia for a childhood spent crafting models and collecting memorabilia.
In this online lecture Azerrad will share rarely seen archive photography and first-hand contributions from the people who helped to create the Concorde experience, from branding and product design to fashion and graphics.
Lawrence Azerrad is a two-time Grammy Award-winning creative director, author and curator. Co-founder of Macroscopic, an innovation agency working with musicians, educational and cultural institutions including The Smithsonian, Warner Music Group, Esperanza Spalding, and Wilco.
