Acquired from the library of the Daily Mirror in the 1970's, and today numbering over 2000 items, the Festival of Britain archive at Sheffield Hallam University is the largest collection of Festival paraphernalia outside of London. Highlights include unrealised competition drawings for the Skylon, pamphlets for associated events around the country and even a pair of embroidered Festival knickers!

Members of staff from the archive will be on hand throughout the afternoon to answer questions.
