Reflections on India

In November 2019 C20 organised a trip to India to see some of the best C20 buildings in Delhi, Chandigarh and Ahmadabad.  For those who came with us, this will be a vivid reminder of how much we packed in and the variety of what we saw.  If you’ve never been to India, log-on for an excellent overview of work by Lutyens, Corbusier, Kahn and many others-- it will be a great introduction to some amazing architecture.     Our Director Catherine Croft , who co-led the tour, will introduce the evening, and there will be a slide show of photographs taken on the trip by the Society’s “unofficial photographer” John East.    We’ll send you a Zoom link by email after you book, which will enable you to “join” the event, and we’ll be using the chat function to take questions.   If you’ve not used Zoom before, clicking on the Zoom link will take you through the set up process, hopefully simply and smoothly….!
